This is a wonderful 1880s renovated farmhouse which sits on four acres and is located on a small dead end lane. The house is about 3 miles from Tenants Harbor village. This immaculate and very well maintained property has a beautiful gentle rocky shore on the open ocean. Just behind the house is a path to the oceanfront where there is a large picnic table overlooking the mouth of Tenants Harbor and the open ocean.
The house has all up-to-date conveniences, and very comfortable furnishings. The completely equipped kitchen, the utility room, the dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms each with two single beds , and one full bathroom are on the first floor in the main part of the house. The first floor wing has the living room with fireplace, the master bedroom (queen bed), and an adjoining deluxe full bathroom and French doors to a fully appointed south-facing terrace. Upstairs is a big bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom.
This house has 4 bedrooms (three with twin beds (convertible to king) and one with a queen bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with tub and shower and double sinks, one with a shower and mini tub).
A crib and a high chair and children's bicycles provided upon request. The house has t.v./vcr./dvd and fast interest service.
The house has access to a privately shared harbor-side dock. You could swim from the dock and tie a very small boat. Moorings are available to rent. The dock is just a few minutes walk from the house. There are public tennis courts about a mile from the house.
