The house is just steps from the ocean where a deep water mooring and float (28 feet at low tide) can accommodate a very large boat.
Fishing and swimming for the hardy are great activities, as is biking on the country roads. There is an acre of professionally-maintained gardens and 365 feet of waterfront with granite rocks to clamber on. There is a small wooded area with a shaded picnic table that is a delight on sunny days.
