Sea Cliff house (3 bedrooms 2 baths) and guest house (1 bedroom 1 bath) is on the edge of the ocean, about 3 miles from Tenants Harbor village. The site is a gorgeous and dramatic rocky cliff, with endless ocean views from every room. The very private location is the end of a mile long dirt road. The house is on 2.6 acres of woodland, with a nice lawn area. It is an exceptionally comfortable house, with all amenities.
The main house is approximately 2300 square feet. The main floor has a living room with big ocean-facing windows and granite fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a small ocean front deck. At the southern end of the house, facing the ocean, is the master king-bedroom with adjoining marble master bath (shower only). This bedroom has a sunroom next to it and it’s own ocean-front deck. The powder room, laundry room and two car garage are accessed on the main floor.
The living room and the master bedroom each has a t.v/vcr/dvd and satellite reception. There is a stereo system, a propane grill, and a fax machine, and hot water heat throughout the house. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a king and one with a queen) and a second bathroom, (tub and shower). Main house is limited to 6 people.
The guest house (1 bedroom 1 bath) is about 200 feet behind the main house. It charming and comfortable. The bedroom has two single beds (could be made into king), a bathroom (shower only ), and a living room with a queen sized sofa bed. There is a small refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster-oven. There is a vcr/dvd but no t.v. reception. There is no telephone. It is approximately 800 square feet. Guest house is limited to 4 people.
