This is a classic, newly-restored 1820's Maine farmhouse in the coveted village of Rockport. The house sits on two acres, with beautiful views over Rockport Harbor. It is a short walk to town and also to one of the most popular walks in mid-coast Maine which is along Beauchamp Point. This walk begins just below the house.
The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout and is filled with wonderful paintings by local artists. The furniture is very comfortable and well-maintained. This is a really wonderful house. The main house has three bedrooms and a library with sleeping accommodations. The master has a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a separate tub and custom shower. The second master also has a queen bed with an attached full bathroom. The third floor has a third bedroom with two twin beds and the library has a twin bed as well. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a powder room on the first floor.
There are working fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. The house has a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment, there is a vcr, dvd player and cable television. The house has WiFi for guests' use.
This house is limited to 7 people.
